There was a lil spark in the sporting game. If he can't self motivate against his former team,City, he is not a footballer. Besides, he needs to earn his wage and show he still wants to make the Brazil team. He has a lot of reasons to show he is not a busted flush
Yes, I think it is because he feels inferior to the players at City. He can't believe he is at that level. For all their poor play, players like Richarlison or Noni believe they belong at that level so, they will keep trying even when they fail. Sad that Jesus could not be called upon instead of Gyok against City

Agree, except that when the result is on the line, I don’t want to see Jesus ever again after what he has been serving last few months.
